Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- USA, UK, Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Third-Party Fulfilment ZuPaw products are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier network. Your order may ship from overseas, and the shipping origin will vary by product.
Import Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
